When: 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 19

Where: Hult Center (Maurie Jacobs Community Room), 1 Eugene Center (Seventh and Willamette streets in downtown Eugene)

Details: Artists are often told that enjoying the process of making the work should be enough.  They are undervalued, overwhelmed and unsupported, while being some of the hardest working, most visionary and skilled people around.  Time to turn that determination, vision, and hard-won skill into a thriving creative life and livelihood. Explore strategies and pathways to income, and create a personalized plan to:

  • Discern and map out a path to the life and income you seek
  • Gain the creative livelihood skills you need
  • Identify and overcome obstacles
  • Build an integrated creative livelihood and personal life

Presenter: Patricia Morrison (creative career coach and founder of Inner Fire, Outer Light)

Tickets: $20

Information: This workshop is part of the 2019 Professional Development Workshops for Artists, presented by Lane Arts Council in partnership with the City of Eugene Cultural Services Division. Register at http://lanearts.org/workshops/
