Summer Soup presents another round of student plays at the University of Oregon

When: 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, July 20-21

Where: Hope Theatre, Miller Theatre Complex, University of Oregon campus, Eugene

Details: Second event in the Summer Soup Free Summer Theatre Series. “Wondrous Strange” features production of four short plays by Meg Miroshnik, Martyna Mojok, Jiehae Park, and Jen Silverman. Parental guidance suggested because of content. Summer SOUP (Seat Of Our Pants) encourages ideas to simmer beyond the classroom and outside of the University Theatre season. We choose new plays or projects with opportunities for abbreviated, intense student engagement. We apply practical solutions creatively, with minimal resources. We invite the campus and Eugene community to join us by giving free tickets to everyone. Summer SOUP aims to satisfy artistic hunger in the summer months with a hearty blend of challenging content, ingenuity, communal effort, and theatrical adventure.
